- 3 red bell peppers
- 3/4 cup raw almonds
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 3/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions
- Cut peppers in half, remove seeds and stems. Place all face down on a cookie sheet. If desired, use parchment paper to make clean up easy.
- Bake for 15 minutes @ 400 degrees.
- Blend baked peppers and the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
